Actually, you're way off. His hair style and clothes (especially the high top shoes), and the classic Nintendo put him right smack in the middle of the 1980's. Maybe late 1980's at most. If he was a typical 90's kid, he'd be playing a Sega Genesis and probably wearing a Quicksilver or Stucci shirt. The 90's looked WAY different than the 80's. That kid definitely looks like from the 1980's.

I'm just saying...

And I was actually a kid in the 90's.

In fact, the poster on the right wall is from the Capcom game Code Name: Viper, which was released in 1990.


So he's definitely a 90's kid. Early 90's.
